Unique Beatz 2023 ISSA Awards in Atlanta, GA
Unique Beatz's Joshua Parker host of "The Parker Radio Show" goes to Atlanta, GA for the 2023 International Sing Songwriter Association ISSA Awards in search of his next Awards! As the previous winner of Radio Station of the Year Award he gets to Announce the Winners of this years award for Radio Station of the Year. Joshua is also a Finalist this year in both the Promoter of the Year and ISSA Representative of the Year categories.

He describes the feeling of excitement as he walks the coveted red carpet as an achievement in his career that is like no other and an honor to be amongst the best current artists and people of the music industry. Joshua is humbled to be recognized for his years of working in entertainment and radio.
I have had the pleasure of working side by side with Joshua over the past 5 years and he shows a passion for the music industry. We have learned so much from each other and we continue to
bring positivity into every new project we set out on to achieve. Whether it be promotions, events or marketing he puts 100% into his work and he is always innovative and resourceful.
As a promoter Joshua is always introducing new talents as well as veterans in the music industry. Growing Unique Beatz has been a lifelong dream and Joshua enjoys helping others that are looking for the same opportunities. Making new friends with other dreamers like himself and helping in their journey gives Joshua the greatest feeling of gratitude.
I asked Joshua about his experience at the ISSA Awards and he told me attending the ISSA Awards Ceremony and Red Carpet event in Atlanta was a dream come true. It was a night filled with glitz, glamour, and the opportunity to rub shoulders with some of the music industry's finest. The International Singer-Songwriter Association (ISSA) Awards, held annually, bring together talented musicians, songwriters, and industry professionals from around the world to celebrate their achievements. Here, I share my unforgettable experience at this prestigious event.

Joshua describes his Red Carpet experience: My journey began as I arrived at the glamorous venue, excited to walk the red carpet. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as media personnel, fans, and fellow attendees gathered around. The red carpet was a parade of fashion, with artists and industry insiders showcasing their unique styles. As I walked down the carpet, I couldn't help but feel like a part of something special. One of the highlights of the evening was the opportunity to meet some of my musical idols. Many legendary artists and songwriters graced the event, and it was an incredible feeling to have conversations with them. From sharing a laugh with fellow attendees to getting advice from those who had walked the path of success, the ISSA Awards event provided a unique chance to connect with my musical inspirations. As the night progressed, the main event - the ISSA Awards Ceremony - unfolded. The ceremony celebrated excellence in songwriting, performing, and music production. The stage was adorned with talent, from powerful live performances to heartfelt acceptance speeches. Witnessing artists receive recognition for their hard work and dedication was inspiring and heartwarming. One aspect that stood out was the networking opportunities the event provided. It wasn't just about witnessing the glittering world of the music industry; it was also a chance to network and connect with professionals in the field. I met fellow musicians, producers, and songwriters, and we shared our experiences and dreams. It was an environment where collaboration and creativity thrived.
Following the awards ceremony, the night transitioned into an after-party that was nothing short of legendary. The dance floor was packed, and the music was electrifying. It was a time to let loose, celebrate, and make lasting memories. The joy of dancing alongside artists whose music I admired was an experience I won't soon forget.
My night at the ISSA Awards Ceremony and Red Carpet event in Atlanta was a whirlwind of excitement, inspiration, and unforgettable moments. It was an opportunity to immerse myself in the world of music and connect with like-minded individuals who share the same passion. The event highlighted the incredible talent that exists within the music industry and the importance of recognizing and celebrating that talent. I left the event with a sense of renewed determination to pursue my own musical dreams and with cherished memories that will stay with me forever

New Website Rollout at Unique Beatz
New look and feel at Unique Beatz newly updated website. We recently rolled out our newly updated website on December 14th, 2022 and we are excited to share with you our new look and feel. The new website features include an entirely new formatted layout with eye catching graphics designed by J.L. Martin Designs. The website is still under construction and we will be rolling out with new and exciting features such as Live Radio feeds on our podcast page, live feeds of all our social media and our UB Members Club. WABASH, Ind. (WANE) —
An online radio station is making a home in Wabash.
“I’m excited,” Unique Beatz owner Joshua Parker said. “The only thing that’s holding me back once the pandemic releases, it’s going to be none stop.”
Unique Beatz is an online radio station streaming independent and local artists. Independent artists are musicians who don’t have a record label and are just starting their music careers.
Music in general has always been a passion for Parker. The station started in Parker’s apartment in 2019. Since then the station has grown, gaining more listeners, and draws artists from across the nation.
“Our main two genes are county and alternative to heavy metal,” Parker said. “So it’s a big wide spectrum. But we do play everything from hip hop to jazz. We just want to help those indy artists that are just getting started so we can help build their careers so they can go mainstream.”
Recently Parker has rented and renovated a new home for the station at 154 West Harrison Avenue in Wabash. When patrons and artists walk inside they will artwork and albums from local artists. Further back is the studio with a place for musicians to perform and a conversation area for artists to be interviewed. Everything from the walls, to the mic stands, have the station’s colors of green and black.
What's New at Unique Beatz?
Unique Beatz recently attended the Who's Hoo Country Music Awards hosted by Night Owl Country Band in Columbus, IN. This was the innaugral event for this awards show and it was a major event with a great number of Independent Artists showing up to perform and receive their recognition of excellence in their prospective categories.
Unique Beatz was fortunate enough to be recognized as the Country Radio Station of the Year! An Award for excellence in this category shows the hardwork and dedication to providing entertainment, news and promotion through broadcasting and is a great achievement for the Unique Beatz group.
